How likely is upstate New York secession?

The “UpState New York Secession” website, operated by the State University of New York in Geneseo, has several articles discussing the plausibility of upstate New York, which is largely a White flight region, divorcing itself from nonWhite, Jew dominated, liberal New York City. They are tired of having their lives dominated politically by such a small geographic area which is so different from them in values, culture, and identity. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?

Would the federal government admit a 51st state? Would upstate New York join New America when America balkanizes, as I predicted in my ‘Hasten The Day’ trilogy?
