Prisoner Correspondence, The ShieldWall Network

Jacob Goodwin Update: 12/2/17

Jacob Goodwin’s father Scott gave an impassioned plea for assistance from the deep-pocketed multi-millionaires who have tens of thousands of dollars to spend on renting University auditoriums, but have done nothing to aid the political prisoners who now sit in the Charlottesville jail awaiting trial. The sincere, moving discussion of his son’s situation took place on the StormFront Radio program with Don Black. Mr. Goodwin did name one of the multi-millionaires to whom he was referring, and expressed his doubt about whether that well-financed person who heavily promoted the Unite The Right rally over which Jacob languishes in jail exists for the movement, or whether that person feels that the movement exists for them.

So, far, most of the very generous contributions to Jacob Goodwin’s legal defense fund here or to his commissary account here  have come from working class and middle class Whites, rather than from the millionaire whom Mr. Goodwin asked to contact him, who has not yet made any donations to the political prisoners.

Mr. and Mrs. Goodwin will be calling back in to StormFront Radio to give the listening audience updates on Jacob’s condition leading up to the trial hearing for all four of the co-defendants on December 14th. They will also be attending the ShieldWall Network central Arkansas meeting this weekend to speak at length about Jacob’s situation. A box of Christmas cards will be signed for Jacob at the meeting by attendees, as well, and sent to him throughout the next week.

The voluminous Independent Review of the August 12th rally has been released, and seems to indicate that local law enforcement purposefully created the anarchic situation by allowing the two sides to fight so that a state of emergency could be declared and the permitted rally be cancelled. That revelation is expected to impact all of the forthcoming trials of defendants, of course. Mr. Goodwin will be discussing this and other related issues surrounding the case on the next episode of The Roper Report podcast on Radio Aryan.

Jacob told Billy Roper during a recent phone call conversation through the Charlottesville jail this week that the food there is adequate and his freedoms greater than they were, comparatively, at the Lonoke County Jail before he was extradited. He has already met with his defense attorney to begin planning their strategy, and will again on Monday. After the December 14th hearing a trial date will be set. Thanks to your contributions he has been able to purchase a small personal radio to listen to music, and has received some books sent to him in the jail by his supporters through publishers.

Jacob is very grateful for everyone’s continued thoughts and prayers, as well as cards and letters and phone calls of support, as are all of the Charlottesville political prisoners. They are housed separately from the general population together, so they aren’t completely alone. He remains in very good spirits, positive and upbeat, but looks forward to coming home free to his family and friends once this ordeal is over.
