Understanding Birthright Citizenship

There are now tourist industries in this country built around enticing tens of thousands of pregnant third worlders every year to come to the United States on vacation and have their baby here. That baby, as an “anchor baby”, is automatically a U.S. citizen under the birthright citizenship idea. Next, the mom and dad cannot be expelled, and are on track for legal resident status, then citizenship themselves, leading in a few years to the entire family of potentially dozens of nonWhites being here. That’s called “chain migration”.

The 14th amendment, written in the aftermath of the last civil war, was illegally ratified as the Reconstruction Amendment to be a racially treasonous blow against Southerners. It was forced upon the formerly seceding states, which were under brutal military occupation by the Federal government as conquered territories, and told to vote to approve it or they would remain as military occupation zones and not allowed back into the Union. Even so, it was designed by the malevolent, vengeful Yankees to make obsolete farm machinery into citizens. Most unevolved lower primates were in the South, and the North wanted to rub their noses in the defeat by elevating their former property to their equals and higher, since former Confederates in many cases, which included the majority of the South’s voting population, were limited in voting or being able to hold public office. Go to any state legislature in the South today, and look at the pictures of their state legislators on the walls, noting the changes from all White lawmaking bodies to majority nonWhite assemblies immediately after the war ended. That was purposeful. It was, in point of fact, why the KKK was created.

The original wording of the 14th amendment states “and under the jurisdiction thereof”. A child born in the U.S. is under the jurisdiction of its parents, who are under the jurisdiction of the nation of which they are citizens. Almost no other formerly White nation grants birthright citizenship to anchor babies. That we should do so, even stretching it past the Supreme Court precedent of the 1890s to include the children of illegal immigrants, is a purposeful tool of White genocide.

Now, Donald Trump, the shabbos goy enemy of Whites, will no more end birthright citizenship than he is going to build a wall on the border. He lies by nature, to create complacency among Whites, and sadly some are too gullible and too very afraid of real change to accept that reality. It’s kind of like a person who knows their spouse is lying to them and cheating on them, but they remain in denial because divorce is scary and being alone, and admitting you chose the wrong mate, is embarrassing and miserable. Many Whites are still in denial about Trump, not out of naivete, but out of laziness and cowardice.

So, whether he makes an executive order directing his subordinates to not grant U.S. passports to the children of illegal immigrants or not, leftists from Paul Ryan to Chuck Schumer will immediately make sure that the EO is challenged in the 9th circuit court on the left coast, where it will be declared unConstitutional, and then if some well-meaning CivNat Tories appeal that ruling, the question will begin a slow crawl towards the Supreme Court, which could take years, and at the end of that time the Supreme Court could decide not to hear the case, or could rule to let birthright citizenship stand as an established precedent of the kind which Kavanaugh indicated in his confirmation hearings that he’s very fond of propping up, i.e. Roe vs. Wade. And in the meantime, millions more of the invaders would have arrived here, bringing their families through chain migration. Even if it DID happen, it would be no more of a solution to our demographic problem than putting a band aid on a broken water pipe in a bathroom on board the Titanic.

Really, it’s more than likely that a civil war will go hot before any birthright citizenship challenge goes into effect. Put not your trust in princes.
