Federal Grand Jury called in Charlottesville

This morning, I was on the StormFront Action radio program to discuss with Father Francis and Dr. Michael Hill of the League of the South the latest developments on Charlottesville leading up to the Federal Grand Jury opening next week. Joint Statement from United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Civil Rights Division:

Acting United States Attorney Rick A. Mountcastle has released the following statement in conjunction with the FBI and DOJ’s Civil Rights Division:

“The Richmond FBI Field Office, the Civil Rights Division, and the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia have opened a civil rights investigation into the circumstances of the deadly vehicular incident that occurred (August 12th, 2017). The FBI will collect all available facts and evidence and will ensure that the investigation is conducted in a fair, thorough and impartial manner. As this is an ongoing investigation we are not able to comment further at this time.”

The last few weeks of exposure of the FISA memo, along with former FBI Director Comey’s actions and firing, former FBI Deputy Director McCabe’s and Comey’s former Chief of Staff’s resignations, the release of the ‘secret society’ collusion story concerning high level FBI agents conspiring with the anti-White Department of Justice against Americans and via text messages, have all made it clear to most of us, even if we were ambiguous previously, about just how “fair and impartial” the federal government in general and the FBI in particular are not. More and more Americans now know that they cannot trust the Department of Justice, either.  This reflects a growing anti-government sentiment, overall, from both the radicalizing far left and the swelling far right, as the besieged establishment elite in the middle being defended by the deep state erodes due to incoming tides from both sides washing away the underpinnings of its foundation of moderate and pragmatic collaborationist centrist support.

Communists, Gays, and other anti-Whites began protesting against being served Federal subpoenas to testify in the Federal Grand Jury in front of the Federal courthouse in Charlottesville soon after they were visited by the FBI. Opening themselves up to potential Federal prosecution for obstruction of justice as well as Federal witness tampering felonies, leftists have publicly told their people served with the Federal subpoenas to not comply.

A half dozen White Nationalist patriots who are alleged to have been present in Charlottesville on August 12th, 2017 have also been served or are being sought by the FBI to be served with Federal grand jury subpoenas to testify in Charlottesville beginning next Tuesday, February 13th. I’ve spoken with some of them about the subpoenas, but having not been served myself, I have no intention of going to Charlottesville. Several have asked, but I feel my presence there would accomplish nothing positive for our side, and would just lend itself to the circus atmosphere, especially in the media coverage of the hearings and trials, due to my prominence, good or bad. That having been said, I will continue to work behind the scenes to help however I can with all of our people involved.
