Richard Kelly Hoskins, according to the Jewish Anti-Defamation League of B’Nai Brith, is “an anti-Semitic author and speaker.” Needless to say, the label of “anti-Semitic” is applied to anyone favoring the well-being and continued existence of the European races of mankind, so this puts Hoskins in good company. He was born in 1928 and his Virginia roots go back several generations.
Along with different speeches he made during his busy life, some of which can be seen on YouTube, he wrote several books, including “Our Nordic Race.” However, the one I’m going to comment on is “War Cycles-Peace Cycles,” written in 1985. The book principally deals with the economic system of usury and how it inevitably breaks down to produce a war cycle following an overly expansive monetary system during peace time.
Section I goes into the Babylonian economic system of about 2,000 B.C. and how clay tablets representing promises to pay were used: “let us say a farmer named Seth was one of those who needed money for seed. The temple priests were most accommodating and graciously allowed Seth to borrow 10 tablets under condition that he repay 11. His land, livestock, wife, children and he himself served as collateral…Since Seth could not pay his debt of 11 tablets when there were only 10 tablets in circulation he must forfeit his collateral.” (pp. 1-2)
Then Hoskins shows how since the God of the Old Testament saw that his people were adopting the practice of the Baal priests, various scriptures prohibit this, such as Deuteronomy 23:19, “Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother, usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of anything that is lent upon usury.” From this he goes on to point out how History involves one country after another being saddled with the debt of another, with early examples being Macedonia under Alexander the Great conquering the Persian Empire and Rome conquering vast areas of the Western World.
In Section II, Hoskins discusses Judaism, Islam and Christianity. He states, “With the advent of Jesus the Israelites living in Galilee and Jerusalem became Christians. This left a mass of Samaritan Judeans who called themselves ‘Jews.’ These were not ‘Adam’ people who could ‘blush rosy’…The word ‘Adam’ is not just another word like John or Bob. ‘Adam’ is the Hebrew word meaning ‘to turn rosy’ or to ‘blush red’…Very few Jews can ‘blush red’…All modern day Jews, except for the very latest Christian converts, are the result of mixed marriages. They are told that the Christianity of the Bible is the Christian’s religion…and then he is told that Jews have their own holy books called the Talmud, written by Jews for Jews.” (pp. 20-21)
There are chapters in the book going into how most of the modern day Jews are of Khazarian descent. “Webster’s New World Dictionary defines Ashkenazim: ‘a German Jew, earlier a German, after Ashkenaz, second son of Gomer…distinguished from the Sephardim.’” (pp. 81-82) (For a more thorough discussion of this topic, a recommended book for reading is “The Thirteenth Tribe,” by Arthur Koestler)
Later chapters discuss the Crusades, Phineas’ Priesthood and how for a while the Catholic Church was able to prohibit usury during the Middle Ages due to Canon law. However, usury began to return to the West in the 1500’s and 1600’s. The story continues through the French Revolution, Russian Revolution which imposed Communism, and the establishment of the Federal Reserve in the United States. Here Hoskins references the book by Eustace Mullins, “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve.” (p. 94) To sum up, “The Ashkenazics brought usury to the West.” (p. 98)
Various other chapters contain further examples of the disastrous effects the usury system has had on the West, and Hoskins shows that how due to this system “There has to be war to make the usury system work. The bank of usury to carry on business will cause the misery of the people to be intense. The government will NOT print money to relieve the suffering. The only way they will allow it to come into existence is for it to be borrowed into existence from the banks of the Federal Reserve System and their sister usury banking system throughout the world.” (p. 234) The solution will be the need to borrow money through the requirement for war materials, as happened with the outbreak of W.W. II which enabled the Great Depression to finally end.
When I was living in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the Nineties, I wrote to Mr. Hoskins and received a short letter from him dated March 6, 1995 and I’d like to quote from the last two paragraphs of it:
“If you wish to see tomorrow-look to the Mid-East. There the government State Islamics are being held at bay by Fundamentalist Islamics. Look at their style of warfare-their targets. It will all be replayed in the West.
The reason? It’s always the same-MONEY! The greatest enemy of free trade is the WORD. When the people discover this fact-concealed by their rulers and religious leaders for 2000 years-there will be hell to pay.”
