This book by Jim Goad is full of examples of the many racial double standards that are present in today’s multi-racial society of the U.S. It is worth reading due to its quick pace and wittiness of the writer, who has a lively skill with language.
While he does pinpoint the underlying cause of the situation several times in the book, there is not a unifying thesis throughout, so often the chapters seem disconnected and unique to themselves, separate vignettes of cases of anti-white prejudice.
While I do tend to agree with the author about how the anti-white, self-hating whites of European descent are a truly despicable lot, he doesn’t go into all the causes of the cultural degradation they have been immersed in, and if he did it would involve more looking at the role Jewish distortion of culture has played in producing these white, anti-white automatons.
So while the book is interesting in showing example after example of the double standards involved, the lack of a unifying theme works against its value. It’s sort of like the articles that appear on the American Renaissance website, be it involving crime, politics or what-have-you, where since the position of Jared Taylor is not to label the Jewish power structure as the cause of all of these, it becomes more like the case with Goad’s book, where one is inundated with examples but there is usually not an arrival at the root causes.
There are cases when he does “name the Jews” such as on p. 182 when he speaks of Tom Wise, the notorious anti-racist: “Wise kinda-sorta claims to be white in an apparent quest to score self-flagellation points, but not really, since he says his Jewish ancestors were only able to achieve success by slyly passing as white. So if I’m understanding him correctly, even though he insists he’s white and that white guilt is a real thing, don’t try to pin any bad stuff about whiteness on him, because he’s not really white. This, apparently, is how he’s able to feel justified in plotting the ‘destruction’ of the ‘conservative old white people who have pretty much always been the bad guys, while he refers to the Jews as ‘my people.’”
On p. 184 Goad states, …”Why is it that when we think of terrorist bombers, it’s either McVeigh or bin Laden and never the Stern Gang? …Could it be that the Leftist media downplays or even ignores, such acts of terrorism because that part of the media is egregiously stacked with a wildly disproportionate quotient of a specific minority Who Must Never Be Named Under Threat of Eternal Damnation? Perish the thought! (My Jew-sniffing dog sometimes make mistakes, and it’s not as if Americans of that ancestry always advertise their heritage, but to the best of my research skills I counted anywhere from 13-10 ‘chosen’ peeps from the 25 luminaries on a list of prominent Leftist media pundits, which would comprise 52%-79% of the total and thus a whopping statistical overrepresentation of anywhere from 2,600% to 3,950%. And there’s not one black person on that list. Holy mackerel, Andy!)”
There are an incredible number of incidents in the daily news showing that indeed, whiteness is the original sin. Any cursory viewing of Yahoo News, for example, will show one after another. Hopefully the latest controversy in the nation’s capital involving the white, male students from Covington Catholic High School of Kentucky will backfire based on how fast they were immediately declared guilty of racism without all the facts coming in. Amazingly, even the school they represented was among the first to condemn them once the fake news started spreading!
An interesting point is that when one looks at the comments on Yahoo News from readers, most of them come from a white public which is more and more aware of the bias of the news when it deals with their racial group. But what can one expect but news that is so slanted when the majority of the “whites” who are writing the reports are Jewish, with their anti-white, Cultural Marxist agenda?
