The United States is a federation that consists of 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, which are separated geographically from the other states. The nearly 330 million inhabitants are less than 5% of the world population, but they have about a third of the world’s wealth. After World War II, America emerged as a superpower. Since the breakdown of the Soviet Union in 1991, America has been the only superpower. In the present century, China has become a rival for the same status because of its spectacular economic results.

America has become the home of many races and ethnicities over a long period of time due to large-scale immigration. There is a great deal of unanimity about what America is historical and even where it seems to be heading. However, there are widely differing opinions about the kind of society America should be and whether there is a need for a change of course, for example, in America’s role in the world. Many observers think Donald Trump is embodying a new American vision. One of the (unintended) consequences can be the break-up of America into different states, eg national ethnic states such as in Europe.

The first substantial book published on this subject is Thomas Chittum’s Civil War Two: The Coming Breakup of America (1997/2018; Amazon Kindle $ 3.45). Chittum fought in Vietnam and was then a mercenary on the side of the Croats in the Yugoslav civil war (1991-1992). He applied events in the Balkan countries to America. Although there is a Kindle version of the book, there is not one that is downloadable on my Kindle. However, in the books I discussed below, the two authors took careful note of Chittum’s book. (The book can be read here for free – editors.)

Billy Roper

Billy Roper (born in 1972) is described in the Wikipedia as a neo-Nazi activist and anti-Semitic. He founded the White Revolution movement (2002-2011), which advocates white rule and is described as a “hate group”. Nowadays, Roper calls his organization The ShieldWall Network. He writes both fiction and non-fiction. Besides other works available at Amazon, the following book is relevant: The Balk: What does it mean, and what will it mean to America’s future? (2015, 126p; Amazon Kindle $ 3.44). “Balk” is an abbreviation for Balkanization, thus dividing into small, hostile states, according to the HAT, following the history of the Balkan countries. “So, Balkanization means ‘to become like the Balkans’” (Roper, 2018 book below, Kindle 1750). However, there does not necessarily have to be hostility between the states. In the American context, the states after breakdown will not necessarily be (all) small.

“To beam” also means “to hesitate or be unwilling to accept an idea or undertaking” (379, 1742). According to Roper, the Russian policy in the Balkans in the 19th century was deliberately aimed at causing divisions (2055). Balkanization can therefore also diminish current American political power and influence. But smaller, strong ethnic states can emerge from it. “Balkanization is the recognition of the need for tribe [people] and identity separate from the herd” (2245). Here is a message for the white sheep in the South African herd that is dominated by black sheep.

Roper draws attention to the ever-increasing dimensions of political polarization in America. It is fueled by non-white immigration, which disturbs the traditional demographics of America to such an extent that whites can be a minority by the middle of this century. Roper wants to ensure a safe future for American whites. To achieve this, whites must preserve their traditional culture by guarding against foreign influences. As in South Africa, this is a case of either white or non-white political-cultural domination.

Hereafter, Roper published the following book: EthnoState (2018, 190p; Amazon Kindle $ 3.44). The text comes down to an update of his previous book and is based on what he published on the internet, for example. The text of The Balk is included in his new book, so it doesn’t make sense to buy that previous book separately. What is crucial to Roper is that there are profound cultural differences between people of different ethnicities, making it difficult, even impossible, to live with each other. There are three steps in this process: division, polarization, and ultimately, balkanization (873). “Culture wars are not won by moderates” (1268). I wish the people and institutions that are supposed to promote Afrikaans want to take this truth to heart. It is foolish to allow politically outright Afrikaans to fall into a rotten state.

Roper refers his readers to two web addresses: whitenationalists.com and aryanwarrior.com (1540). He provides “the now inevitable breakup of America into narrower and more homogeneous ethnostates” (56). This political polarization is helped by increasing voluntary self-segregation. “The country’s schools are becoming more segregated, meaning that more diverse peoples are choosing to move to black ones out” (938). “Increasing diversity increases in city, the city segregates more and more into racial and ethnic neighborhoods. When the city as a whole is sufficiently diversified, ie made less White, the Whites move out of the city to the suburbs. When non-whites pursue them into the suburbs, White flight bleeds out into rural areas to escape the brown tide ”(947). “White flight… changes the productivity and standard of living of the place the flee from, for the worse, as well as the place the flee to, for the better” (2139).

His point of view is therefore the opposite of what we are told locally daily, namely that inclusivity, diversity and multiculturalism are the best scenario for the future. If the majority of Americans, the whites, want to be culturally threatened, how much more do the whites, a minority, in South Africa? “The only way to avoid conflict is separation” (270). “You do, and let us do us” (811). He thinks whites have “superior intellect, creativity, ingenuity, and industry” (2103). He encouraged his readers with the phrase “think racially” (1565). “Our race is our nation” (2196). “Protect what is yours” (2420) – eg think of expropriation without compensation. Roper quotes 2 Corinthians 6:17, “Depart from them, and depart from you” (1238).

Roper recommends that whites follow his example and turn to eg the Ozarks, which has 96% white inhabitants (63). A similar set-up is found in many American non-urban, especially rural, areas, the Heartland (159), eg “the state of Franklin in eastern Tennessee and Kentucky … Likewise, the Upper South of northern Georgia and northern Alabama ”(151). There is also “New Albion in upper New England” (176). The states of Maine and Vermont are more than 90% white (2388). The Ozark area stretches across north Arkansas, south Missouri, northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas. “The ShieldWall Plan: Continuing to Evacuate Whites from Darkening Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Arkansas to the Ozarks” (881). There is great poverty among whites in the Ozarkia, but there is little crime, “a clear indication that poverty itself is not a cause of violent crime” (108). Franklin would once become the 14th of the original 13 American states. “The Heartland, the red states [Republican Party], what coastal liberals [Democratic Party] call ‘flyover country’, will be New America, when the Balkanization happens” (900).

When talking about the Balkanization of America, there are fears that the white state will not have a link to the sea. But Roper lists many independent countries that are in a similar situation. “Indeed, being landlocked might be preferable to facing the Pacific Ocean, which would soon become a Chinese lake” (159). Roper anticipates that a white homeland in central America will have access to the sea via the Great Lakes (159). “The St Lawrence Seaway route to the Atlantic would be through White controlled areas” (705). In the south, Texas will provide access to the Gulf of Mexico (159). “The Texas deep water ports of Galveston, Texas City, Houston, Port Arthur, Orange, and Beaumont, basically everything north of Port Freeport, would be within the White controlled territory” (697). “My belief [is] that America is between the Appalachians and the Rockies, and from the Ozarks to the Plains of Canada” (1405).

“We have two possible futures left in America. One path leads to Yugoslavia [balkanization], and the other, to Rhodesia. I would ask, challengingly, ‘which one will it be?’ Perhaps that would motivate you to embrace the coming breakup of America ”(231). “The ongoing turmoil in Zimbabwe, formerly White Ruled Rhodesia, provides a… strong lesson to those who would return to a multiracial society with whites controlling a non-white population, rather than being separate from them” (1215). It reminds us of what happened in South Africa. The National Party government has created homelands for blacks, but, as in the 1990/94 constitutional negotiations, failed to create much-needed homelands for whites, especially Afrikaners. When will Afrikaners say like Martin Luther King Jr: “Free at last, Free at last!” (480); Finally free, finally free!

The falling apart of America is not exclusively driven by whites. “Some Hispanics want to carry the eagle and snake [Mexican] flag in a reconquista of Aztlan from California to Texas, and are doing a pretty good job or displacing the Anglo population there. Some blacks, wanting to have control over their own destiny as a people and to be finally free of what they see as systematic and institutionalized racism, for five states in the deep south of their own ethnostate ”(252). “Five deep south states… have been designated as ‘New Africa’ by Black Nationalists… Higher birth rates, re-emigration of blacks to the deep south, and regional migration of whites out of the deep south to the upper south in response, have made electoral politics as untenable in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and South Carolina [and North Carolina – 1091), as they became in South Africa ”(606). “By 2010, about 57 percent of the nation’s African-Americans were living in the South – a higher percentage than at any time in 50 years” (2072). “Texas, of course, is already a majority non-White, though North Texas may be preserved as part of New America, where their Gulf deepwater ports would be very useful. Georgia and Florida will both be majority non-whites within less than a decade. Louisiana and Mississippi are projected to follow suit the decade after, with Virginia and North Carolina not far behind (1227).

The following can also be applied to the new South Africa. “For the non-nation, multicultural empire which America has become, and for all its distinct peoples, worse is better. What does that mean?Multiracial democracy does not work, even though, just like some people still insist that Communism is an ideal utopian system if it is just ran correctly, but human nature keeps messing it up, some idealists continue to be in denial of its failure ”(263 ). Since 1994, black power with a strong communist element is in political control of South Africa. Apartheid, separate development and black homelands were the local attempt at Balkanization. “I only have the minor alternative status and eventual extinction through amalgamation” (2437), eg racial mixing. This is exactly what happens in South Africa. To prevent white cultural-ethnic extinction, the re-engineering of South Africa is needed, eg ethnic homelands for whites.

Roper is arch-conservative. “Our Founding Fathers Wouldn’t Want America to live on like this. It will never again be the country it once was. We want to deport fifteen million illegal immigrants, or defend our borders, or to defend the sanctity of unborn life, or the holy union of marriage (281). “Our race is our nation… We are defined by our common blood. That’s all that really matters (287). He desires a new white republic. Our New America ”(432). “Our new nation will be demographically back to the way the US was around 1960. That is, at least 90% White” (298). Currently, “ameliorate genetic differences are being attempted. Literally, to purposefully hybridize all of humanity to an indistinguishable gray mass. They want to level the playing field through dysgenic miscegenation. It’s called social engineering through promoting race mixing (327).

“History is full of multiracial societies which have always implied racial civil war and collapse, if they haven’t eventually degraded through racial amalgamation. Those are the only two long-term end results of multiracialism ”(403). “Multiracial empires are by definition unstable. Homogeneous states, where people share common race, ethnicity, language, culture, and religion, by definition, are more stable. Diversity is not a strength, it is a weakness ”(409). Roper does not want to classify the Jews as whites. “They may be… like a broken watch right twice a day, but consider the source, always” (772).

When the next big war broke out outside America, “now it is likely to go nuclear … This would surely result in a civil war between relatively racially homogeneous regions, causing Balkanization of the country and the rise of ethnostates. Yes, including White ethnostates (921). This applies to both the United States and other countries. “The Founding Fathers… meant for the United States to be a nation of, by, and for white people, specifically” (1072). “The future of the West is Balkanization, or retreat into separate enclaves per ethnic group, because the policy of diversity has failed and as a result, people have fallen back on what” freedom of association “remains to withdraw from the disaster of mixed- ethnic society and produce their own communities mirroring Eurepean countries ”(1102). Due to forced racial integration, in the 1996 Constitution of South Africa, eight words are dead: “Everyone has the right to freedom of association” (Article 18).

According to Roper, “the breakup of America and the impending race was” inevitable “(1623). “In many ways, the breakup of America has already begun” (2474). “The only natural and peaceful way for different races to live is separately. I believe that racial separatism leads to peace. Balkanization will cause conflict at the beginning, but once we are all naturally we will have harmony ”(1736). “In the United States, the Balkanization process is not just one of political, cultural and religious separation.Indeed, the very real re-migration of the races within the borders of this nation is further the re-segregation of the peoples who make up the country and accelerating the ongoing Balkanization “(1801).

Roper finds support for his position at Pat Buchanan, eg The Death of the West (2002). Buchanan writes: “If a country is a country of defined and defended borders, within which resides a common ancestry, history, language, faith, culture and traditions, in what sense are we Americans one nation and one people today?” (2015). “Buchanan agrees that the United States is headed towards a breakup along racial lines” (2023). The mass immigration of non-whites is a major contributor to this. Brent Nelson writes in his book, America balkanized: Immigration’s challenge to government (1994), the destruction of traditional America directly into the immigration policy (2048). Samuel Huntington writes in The clash of civilizations? 1993 – Prague 5.11.2016 ): “The fundamental source of conflict in this new world will not be primarily economic. The great divisions among humankind and the dominating source of conflict will be cultural ”(2703). Such authors are supported by commentators on the Internet that help the process of balkanization and radicalization (2196). Roper also draws attention to relevant events elsewhere, such as the independence aspirations of many residents in Scotland and Catalonia in Spain (2218). There are also the Kurds in the Middle East who desire their own state, as well as the Russians in eastern Ukraine (2225).

Roper’s American Balkanisation is therefore a black ethnic state in the southeast, a Hispanist ethnic state in the southwest (2735), racially mixed states on the east and west coast, with the West Coast area being a strong ethnic-Chinese as well as Central America, has the heartland, which is a white ethnic area and continues the traditional way of life of Americans (2740).

“Canada will probably be able to Balkanize as well… British Columbia will be occupied by the Chinese along with the rest of the West Coast. The prairie provinces [Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba] are likely to join New America. The Northern Territories will revert to the Inuit and Nunavit [Eskimos]. Quebecois will get their much sought-after independence, perhaps allied with France. And the Maritime provinces [New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador] will probably be allied with the US Northeastern [white] states (2836). Ontario is inextricably multicultural.

As far as Europe is concerned, Roper provides the erotic possibility “[that] Eastern Europe… may be in better shape than Western Europe” (2851). This can be the destructive consequence of Angela Merkel and other Western European heads of state of the European Union’s foolish policy of unbridled mass immigration.

“Africa, without Western aid, will become a charming house of warring tribes, rampamt disease, and barbarism. The population there should tank [decline] at one-half the first few years, then level off, gradually, at a pre-industrial standard of living. Don’t expect any whites to survive on the continent, unless they band together quickly and take out a chunk of territory to defend vigorously… European readers, or South African, or wherever you might be, should also consider immigrating if at all possible to a majority White area if you are not already one secure and popular enough to survive as a viable enclave ”(2864). “Think of it in terms of lifeboat morality. You cannot save everyone ”(2901). Roper quotes from a REM song: “Stand in the place where you live” (2976). So, be a vertical person, not a horizontally-crawling human ( Prague 8.12.2018 )…
