Sandbagging in Russellville

Contributed by Sonya W.

Russellville, Arkansas, is right next door to Dardanelle, a town facing severe flooding by the Arkansas River. In fact, Russellville itself is threatened by the rising floodwaters. While many area citizens were distracted by this tragedy, and pitching in to volunteer to help their neighbors, Russellville mayor Richard Harris used the opportunity to virtue signal to anti-Christians and anti-Whites in a secretive, closed door meeting aimed at gaining himself some p.c. brownie points.

First he bet on the wrong horse. Then he doubled down. This hush-hush meeting was not announced beforehand, and citizens were not invited or allowed to attend or contribute to it. Gosh, it’s almost like Mayor Harris has something to hide, or is afraid of letting other voices be heard in Russellville.

In the classic movie ‘Red Dawn’, a small town mayor collaborates with the enemy invaders, ultimately earning the enmity of the patriots resisting them. He ends up being seen as standing with the losing team. Huh.

Russellville, Arkansas mayor Richard Harris, who recently spoke at an anti-Christian rally in the city, should watch the film, and learn from it. Especially since his own constituents have now begun serious efforts to recall him from office.

Joyce Griffis, whose son is rumored to be a convicted felon associated with the Aryan Brotherhood, and whose daughter, according to her social media statements, self-identifies as a White Identarian, was the organizer of the anti-Christian rally May 5th, which was counter-demonstrated against by The ShieldWall Network and local citizens. The anti-Christian group and its speakers publicly attacking and involving ShieldWall Network Coordinator Billy Roper, a native of the Russellville area who graduated from Arkansas Tech here, leading to international media attention being focused on our small town, and Mayor Harris’s anti-Christian speech.

The Jewish group she represents has since failed in their attempt to blackmail and intimidate Arkansas Tech University into not accepting a scholarship endowed by a deceased former professor. Not only has the ADL been rebuffed by the university administration, Tech is now investigating Dr. Sarah Stein, another of the spokespersons at the anti-Christian rally, for collusion with other Jews from outside our state to bring pressure on the college. The other speaker at the anti-Christian event, after having his anti-White, Jewish Supremacist lies exposed, has left anti-White activism permanently since the rally.

The “special” (i.e., secret, unannounced, closed to the public) city council meeting apparently did not even have a quorum of city council members present, as no vote was listed for the ‘resolution’. The mayor’s cowardly PR stunt doesn’t count as law, not even as a city ordinance, and does not limit anyone’s first amendment protected right to freedom of speech in Russellville, regardless of what the anti-Christian puppet may wish.

In fact, since gutless Richard Harris first set a public meeting to discuss the controversy, then abruptly cancelled it when they announced that ShieldWall Network members and other Russellville citizens who support freedom of speech would be present, it’s obvious that the coward fears a public discussion of his stepandfetchit performance for the now defeated and failing anti-Christian forces attacking Arkansas Tech University and Russellville.

Since the silly, pointless, impotent resolution has no effect on us, the ShieldWall Network can only see its enactment as a purposeful challenge, one which we will answer in Russellville, not skulking about in secret like Harris did, but in public. Maybe at an upcoming 4th of July celebration. Or in front of City Hall. Or at the Mayor’s doomed re-election rallies. You just never know.

In the meantime, SWN stands ready to assist the flood-beleaguered citizens of Pope and Yell Counties, quite a few of whom are our affiliates, and in fact our people are already there helping out.
